I approached Mould Prevent UK when I had an issue with one of my rented properties. The tenants were not ventilating the property properly and it was causing damp and mould issues upstairs. I couldn’t recommend Mould Prevent highly enough. We live in a farmhouse that suffers from mould and condensation. We approached Mould Prevent as we were unsure how to tackle the problem. From the initial phone call, we explained the issue and they came and did a site survey as it was not a normal run of the mill home. Their expertise and technical knowledge were excellent. They came up with a solution of fitting an air filtration system at both ends of the house, one had to go through a metre thick wall. Within a week, the condensation and mould have disappeared and we now have our home back that is mould free. I cannot thank the team enough. They went above and beyond any of my expectations as other companies we have approached though this was too difficult a task especially with the thick walls we have.
